Information We Collect

The App may collect the following information:

  • Inventory data (item name, quantity, category, etc.)
  • Sharing relationship information for shared inventory (managed by CloudKit Shared Database)
  • App usage data (crash reports, performance data)
  • Device information (iOS version, device model)

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

How We Use Information

Data Storage and Management

iCloud Backup

The App uses iCloud to back up your data. Data stored in iCloud is managed in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.

CloudKit Shared Database

Data shared with other users is stored and transmitted on Apple's CloudKit Shared Database and is managed in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.

Local Storage

Inventory data is primarily stored on your device's local storage.

Disclosure to Third Parties

The App will not provide your information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • When you have given consent
  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect your life, body, or property

Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect collected data against unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration, and disclosure.

Sharing Data with Other Users

The App provides a feature for sharing inventory data with other users such as family members or partners. The sharing feature operates through Apple's CloudKit Shared Database, and access is granted only to users who have been explicitly invited by the sharing user.

What Is Shared

When you share inventory, the items you choose to share (including item names, quantities, categories, photos, and purchase links) become viewable and editable by the invited users. The Apple IDs of invited users are not stored by the App or its developer; they are managed by CloudKit.

Stopping Sharing

You can stop sharing at any time from the App's settings screen. Invited users can also leave the share from their own devices. When sharing is stopped, access to shared data is immediately revoked from invited users' devices.

Handling of Shared Data

Shared data is stored and transmitted on Apple's CloudKit infrastructure and managed in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. The App and its developer do not view, analyze, or provide shared data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Please ensure parental consent before allowing children under 13 to use the App.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. We will notify you of any significant changes within the App.
